Warrenty Terms

1. Standard Warranty Coverage

• All products purchased from SVR Water Systems come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty as specified on the product invoice.
• Domestic RO systems & water softeners: 12 months from purchase date
• Commercial & Industrial systems: 12–24 months depending on model
• Solar water treatment plants: 24 months on system components, excluding consumables
• Warranty coverage begins from the invoice date.

2. What the Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
• Malfunctioning of electrical/mechanical components under normal usage.
• Free repair or replacement of defective parts within the warranty period.
• Authorized on-site service (where applicable).

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage due to misuse, negligence, accidents, fire, flood, or natural calamities.
• Improper installation by unauthorized technicians.
• Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
• Consumables (filters, cartridges, membranes, resins, UV lamps).
• Normal wear and tear of parts.
• Use of non-recommended spare parts or accessories.
• Issues from irregular water supply, high TDS, voltage fluctuations, or poor maintenance.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure installation and servicing are carried out by authorized technicians.
• Retain the original invoice/warranty card as proof of purchase.
• Follow recommended maintenance schedules and use genuine spare parts only.

5. Warranty Service Process

• Contact our support team with invoice details.
• Our team will assess warranty eligibility.
• If covered, the product/part will be repaired or replaced free of cost.
• Non-covered cases will be handled on a chargeable basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

SVR Water Systems’ liability under warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as downtime, water disruption, or financial losses.

7. Governing Law

These Warranty Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
